Pet Policies

Vaccinations: All pets need to have updated rabies vaccinations.

Cancellations: Please give a 48 hour cancellation notice or early return notice.

Emergency Contacts: Please provide Wonder Woman pet care with local emergency contact information of someone living nearby in your area.

Confirmation of service: We will call prior to the scheduled visit or appointment to verify dates and services.

Consultation visit: The first meeting scheduled with Wonder Woman pet care is free. We will meet your pets and have you fill out the necessary paperwork and a key exchange will then be issued to the pet care provider.

Mileage: Rates are for services within a ten mile radius of our home office. We will charge $4.50 for every additional 5 miles from our home office.

Weather: In case of Inclemant weather Wonder Woman pet care will take the necessary steps to make sure your pets are safe and if necessary removed from the home to safety and basic care. You provide us with a nearby local emergency contact (neighbor) in the event we cannot get to the home with a vehicle. This nearby emergency contact will be notified as well as you to let you know your pets have been taken care of.

Other visitors in the home: Please notify Wonder Woman Pet Care of any other visitors in the home at time of service. Such as family members, friends, house keepers, and neighbors. Wonder Woman Pet Care will not be held liable for any damages to the property or pets as a result.

Fences: Wonder Woman Pet Care will not be held liable for any pet that is injured or becomes lost, when the pets are left out with no supervision.

Unforseen purchases: Please make sure an adequate amount of food,litter, and cleaning supplies are available, but an unforeseen purchase may be needed for your pets care. We will retain a receipt and the client will be responsible for reimbursement of these purchases. A $5 trip fee will be applied as well.

Pet accidents: Wonder Woman Pet Care will dispose of any pet waste and clean up of any accidents your pet may have. Wonder Woman Pet Care is not responsible for any carpet /floor stains created by your pet. Wonder Woman Pet Care will not be held responsible for any damages to furniture or other household items by your pet. Please make sure that you provide us with cleaning supplies, garbage bags, paper towels, and baggies.

Veterinarian care: We request all of our clients to sign the emergency care form, which enables us to seek veterinarian care in case of an emergency including the transportation of animals to an animal hospital. Wonder Woman Pet Care will contact your veterinarian but should we not be able to reach them, we will contact one of the emergency clinics.

Payment: Payment is due at the end of any pet care service. We will leave a invoice at the last visit. All returned checks will be charged a $25 return check fee.
