Customized Training Program

Our training programs are completely tailored to the individual woman and programmed by TWW Founder Michelle MacDonald. Whether you want to gain strength, lose weight, or improve technique, our in-demand coaches deliver one of Michelle’s training programs every four weeks, but completely customized to you!

Your training program will provide all the details you need to succeed, from detailed video tutorials to reps, sets, and tempo schemes. Your coach will review your training videos daily for constructive feedback so you can become stronger, more confident with weightlifting, and get in the best shape of your life.

Constant Accountability

You will get one-on-one support from our certified coaches, who know precisely how to help and guide you on your transformation. You will have access six days a week to your coach via TrueCoach, as well as 1-1 calls with your coach, team calls with your coach and twice a month global team calls with the founder Michelle MacDonald, and leading experts in their field. TWW is dedicated to your education and community building. With our coaches, you are not just a number; you are someone that we are genuinely interested in helping and getting to know. Our coaches are entirely in your corner.

Program Convenience

TWW coaching is all online. You can take your program anywhere at any time! The TruCoach app delivers strength training programs and daily chats with your coach. MyMacros app takes care of macro planning and tracking. Your coach will use Zoom for one-on-one weekly video calls.

You will know exactly what exercises you need to do and how to perform them whether you are a beginner or more advanced in the gym. You will also learn what your body needs nutrition-wise to reach your goals! We provide a personalized macro-break down meal by meal so that there is no guessing.

Another bonus, through regular check-ins with your coach, if your weight loss stalls, your coach will immediately evolve your personalized macro plan—no guessing on your part as to what to do next. Our coaches, who are all trained in Michelle MacDonald’s world-renowned methods, will deliver to you an individualized macro plan every step of the way.

Our platform allows you to message for support at any time and keep your conversation with your coach in one place. Hey there, I’m Michelle MacDonald.

Founder and CEO of The Wonder Women

I’ve been in the health and fitness industry for over 20 years, with the last 10 years specializing in coaching women of all ages and backgrounds. During that period, I saw time and time again that there was an overwhelming need not being met. That need was a coaching approach for women with science and experience backed with respect to nutrition, training, and mindset. There was very little to almost nothing out there for women who wanted to aim high and significantly impact their mindset, health, and bodies. So, I created the Wonder Women coaching team to fulfill my deepest desire and mission: to teach other women how to carry out my tried-and-true methodologies. Collectively we are creating a new narrative that breaks away from society’s current story around women’s health and fitness. Regardless of age, a woman can be incredibly knowledgeable and empowered about her health and self-care. We are allowed to aim high, build effective strategies to achieve those goals and learn a process of self-awareness that allows for proper enjoyment of each part of a journey that never really ends.

How Much Does TWW Coaching Cost?

Our coaches work with clients in three-month blocks at a total of $1200 USD. That’s about $15 a day. We know that you know that your health and reaching your goals are worth $15 a day.

To ensure our clients get the attention and personalized coaching they deserve, we have clients fill out an initial application to ensure they are a great fit. After submitting your application, our Director of Coaching will review and place you with one of our coaches. If there is no availability, you will be placed on a waiting list and notified immediately when a spot becomes available.
